I have worked The 360 Health Group since January 2011. I was a practice member for several months beforehand and still enjoy regular adjustments. My previous job involved carrying cash and lots of desk work and, like many of us, had taken its toll on my lower back. One of my best decisions was to seek chiropractic care - and I got a new job too! I continue to have adjustments because my complete nervous system is given a ‘work out’ and I really do believe that a properly working nervous system is the key to good health.
I live in Hamilton, am married to Gavin and we have one son Paul.
In my spare time I love making jewellery and planning holidays and short breaks. I also enjoy a good book and on occasion you’ll find me watching some really rubbish tv!
I love my job and look forward to welcoming you to our practice
Wilma's Bio is coming soon...
I first experienced the world of Chiropractic back in 2004 to treat a repetitive strain issue and have never looked back! I joined the team back in 2016 after spending 9 months travelling the world.
I have played bagpipes from a very young age and continue to compete currently as a member of Uddingston Strathclyde Pipe Band. Competition season runs between May and August but practice 2 nights a week takes a toll on my body, I continue to get regularly adjusted for optimum spine health and to keep me competition ready!
An avid wanderlust if i'm missing for a few days I am no doubt off exploring a foreign land with my jean shorts on regardless of the climate, backpack loaded and walking boots on.
The giraffes are my doing, I'm not even sorry!
I recently joined the practice three months ago. I left my last job after 16 years dealing with people over the phone. I wanted a complete change. I love meeting new people and enjoy that I work in an envioroment that helps people who are in pain with neck and back etc
To see someone come into the practice clearly in pain and walk out pain free is remarkable.
Many years ago I suffered from a neck injury so I can empathise how debilitating it can be. Thankfully I have not had any issues in awhile however, if I do then I know I will be in safe hands.
On a personal note I am married to John, we have two daughters, two grandsons and one crazy whippet dog called Hattie.
In my spare time I like to spend it with my family. Walking my dog and I like reading and cooking.
